Lg441 can't receive or make calls.

I have an LG441 phone it still has minutes and days however when I try to make a call it hangs up. Before dialing a message pops up saying call end. And when it tries to receive calls it also doesn't work. I tried chatting online and it didn't help also called support it still does not work.
