Net10 says the new sim cards I bought arent compatible

I just bought 3 sim cards, received them today and NET10 says that they arent compatible with my phone. I bought 2 Verizon sim cards and 1 ATT sim card.

They say that they have no information on these cards and that I need to go buy new sim cards. Why when I bought them directly from the NET10 site???

How can the Verizon sim card kit that is used with Verizon phones, which I currently now have. It is a Verizon LG V20 995. I was using an ATT LG V20 h910 without issue.

Is there someone that can explain this to me. Why do I have to buy more cards when I have the correct ones??
