Hello,
We are replacing my son's LG300G phone with a brand new Samsung for Net10 as purchased from Best Buy. Stuck because the on-line process and automated phone system both say "we cannot complete this action because your existing phone has a 'pending transaction.' I would take this to mean that he was going to receive a replacement phone for 2G migration? Yet when I enter his phone number and last four of serial#, it "Our records indicate your phone is either a 2G Phone not yet included in the migration, or a 3G-capable (or better) phone that will continue to work after the network upgrades.
WHAT IS THIS PENDING TRANSACTION???
All I want to do is transfer his phone number to the new phone and deactivate his old Net10 phone. It has 8 days of service left. Since none of the support phone numbers or on-screen processes will allow me to do this, I need someone to figure this out and correct the situation ASAP. His old phone is barely working at this point.
