Same problem here, starting at end of April. Minutes credited but not days, phone blocked at "service end date". Called customer service to get service restored, then required to re-enroll in "easy minutes / auto-refill" before end of May. But same problem again at end of May, then again at end of June! Over an hour on the phone with customer service each time, which was neither "easy" nor "automatic".
1.) Whenever the phone boots up, if it thinks days/minutes are zero it should automatically check with the server to verify the account balance and update itself if needed.
2.) Any phone in the "auto-refill" program should never be blocked, since the days/minutes are prepaid and the account balance should never be zero.
Until this is fixed, I'm done with "auto-refill" and will go back to buying airtime cards instead.
