I activated an account, and money were charged. But it was written that credit card was not valid and that is why it is not activated now. What is the problem???
Got the same response today twice with different credit cards trying activate byop sim card and buy plan online. Both times has been charged with $75 and my sim card still not activated
I have this same problem. The website said that there was an error, but then I saw that the money had been removed from my bank account. So I tried adding the minutes from reserve and the website returned with an error that stated that there was nothing there to add.
Hi, I have same problem too!!!! It said the payment is declined but it charged a couple of times and my phone is still deactivated. Please cancel my additional payment....and activate my phone..
