I had the same problem. Charged my credit card, credit card company said transaction successful but net10 says payment was declined. It wasnt my card company said it was paid. I talked to 2 net10 service reps argued for an hour first one was very rude and she disconnected without giving me the chance to say anything. I tried to give them transaction # to show that it was paid and they said it didnt matter ther records showed it was declined. If it was declined why in the hell did you guys deduct a $38.56 payment? This is ridiculous never have heard of this crap. Now i want my money since i got no minutes and u guys still have it!!!! This is very bad business and u shouldnt get away with this crap. I lost wages from my job today because i had no phone minutes and wasted 2 hours tring to get this straitened out. I should be reimbursed for this also. I want my money asap! u should have never kept it in the first place if u said transaction was denied with no explanation. This will be filed with the better business bureau since i still didnt get phone minutes or money back and lost wages thanks to your incompetence.
