Unbelievable.

I just spent an our and a half on the phone with customer service dealing with the whole mess. I have TWO...count them...TWO forms of payment. I am being told both are invalid. This has happened before with NET 10. Then I lose y auto enroll discount and service not to mention the time I have to take to go buy airtime cards.....USING THE CREDIT CARD THEY CLAIMED WAS INVALID!!! They insist the problem is with my bank although the card works fine elsewhere. I think they are just trying to recoup some revenue by eliminating discounts. I have had countless problems with NET 10 and their system. Do they offer anything to keep me as a customer?? Nope... and then charge me more because I am not on an "auto enrollment" plan.

Im looking for another carrier today.

I too have been charged for my time but it hasnt been added to my phone! I need my phone I drive back and forth to work 30mins each way! I got this last night and it was suppose to add to my reserve it didnt and I have been charged the $40 I want my phone on now

Hello Again,
I got in touch with net 10 via this post and was told that the transaction was in fact declined 2 times and any funds would credit back to the card in a couple days......and it did! So it's all good. I think it was the card I was using. It was not my normal debit card that I use on the net 10 site all the time. Since then with my standard debit/credit card I've purchased air time online two times with no problems.

I figured I would follow up in case some other person out there has this problem.

I had the same problem. Charged my credit card, credit card company said transaction successful but net10 says payment was declined. It wasnt my card company said it was paid. I talked to 2 net10 service reps argued for an hour first one was very rude and she disconnected without giving me the chance to say anything. I tried to give them transaction # to show that it was paid and they said it didnt matter ther records showed it was declined. If it was declined why in the hell did you guys deduct a $38.56 payment? This is ridiculous never have heard of this crap. Now i want my money since i got no minutes and u guys still have it!!!! This is very bad business and u shouldnt get away with this crap. I lost wages from my job today because i had no phone minutes and wasted 2 hours tring to get this straitened out. I should be reimbursed for this also. I want my money asap! u should have never kept it in the first place if u said transaction was denied with no explanation. This will be filed with the better business bureau since i still didnt get phone minutes or money back and lost wages thanks to your incompetence.
