Same thing happened to me today, I was charged 7 times and never got any minutes. I kept getting an error saying my credit card was invalid, but yet it was charged 7 times.

Horrible customer service. They stole my money then blamed it on my CC company. Still refuse to refund my "preathourization" fee. Time for a new wireless company I guess.
