I just switched over from AT&T to Net10. i have an Iphone 5 and im only getting 3G. i got Net 10 becuease my friends praised it here and had 4G. can someone help me?

I seem to be only getting signal/data in only one location. I have the Nexus 5, I get signal at my home which is zip code: 15940 but my data there is only the "edge" data. and when i go to work which is 25 min away from where i live in zip code: 16601 i have no signal/data what so ever. but i know with straight talk/verizon/at&t the service and data is excellent. Pretty sure the simcard is T-mobile, I was thinking about getting an at&t sim card but idk if that will help out my situation.
