Mark, is prob my last hope. PLEASE help me Mark. I sent you a msg recently.

I have tried a couple different net 10 ppl and they have done NO GOOD at all. They told me to move apps to memory card, delete cache & browsing history, and etc. I just bought this phone and only downloaded 2 small apps which was immediately transferred to the memory car. I starting receiving low internal memory msgs on the 2nd day of owning this phone.

Anyone who has owned this phone knows that the problem is that the phone has no internal memory before the phone is purchased and there is no capability to move or delete any preinstalled apps which come with the phone. IF you could move the preinstalled apps to the memory card, that would solve the problem and this phone would be an excellent phone for its value.

Considering I cant do anything to free up internal memory, im might like to return phone. Anyone knows the process of returning phones????
