Good day, KGramsz. My name is Jessica Net and I'll be addressing your concern. Feature browser may only when you're using it within your activation. Your phone become roaming when you bring the phone outside local zip code and that's where your browser feature became unusable. Hope this answers your question. Hope this helps. Please let us know. I really mean no harm when writing, but your customer service options for a company that makes this much money really bites! I cannot believe there is not an instant live chat or a customer service phone number that answers the phone within 5 min. This is ridiculous! And that map you have that says reception covers almost all of USA, is bogus. I have to use text messaging all day long because of bad reception where I live that shows on the map that it should be picking up. I cannot believe these cell phone companies do this to people. I am undone! :evil:
