i have a lg900g an are having problems watching videos and listening to music. such as you tube .ect :?

phone is de-activated

I added minutes to my phone LG900 but when i try to make a call, i get a message saying my phone has been de-activated. The home screen on my phone says, you have 30 services days left. I need my phone activated so i can my calls.

I've seen people say that the internet features do not work if your phone is roaming. Is this true and how do you determine a non roaming calling area? I travel with work and go through several zip codes daily. Will a phone with you not completely work?
