My phone was stolen and it was between the 30-days. Can i get my money back? or a other phone to replace it?

You can purchase a new one and we can assist you transfer any remaining minutes, service days and phone number from old phone to new then flagged the phone as stolen so nobody can use it. i have an unlimited plan and my days have not run out yet and it took all my minutes this is the second time this has happened and i am not very happy with this particular service what can be done about this can i get some extra days added or something to compensate me for this being the second time this has happened to me??how long will this take?
