Kudos to Tech Supporter Leon

I was given my Net10 phone Jan.29,2011. And after haveing my Verizon contract sooo many years wanted to keep my number...well no go. Long hideous story...between Father and I we were on the phone for hours with Tech support EVERY night. We were sent 2 different new SIM cards and even after finally getting the phone finally worked we could not get the phone number to appear anywhere and had lost 17 days of usage from our plan. So..here I come one last day...I have my Eeyore suite on cuz I know this is oging to be another 4 hours wasted,,,,and BAM...Bright shining start of stars...after weeks of doing things to my phone from adding code to things that may be illegal in some states.....The Great LEON gives me simple code...and BAM all is right with the world. Thank you sooo much. And all in under 15 minutes!!!!!For the record, all of the other techs that attempted to help were very polite, just kinda clueless of I did not make the situation clear to them. However, I do thank them for there time as well!
