I purchased the LG900G & unlimited month. I had net10 port my existing at&t number to my new phone online. While doing that it prompted me to enter in my airtime pin. A day later when my phone number was active on the net10 phone, I only had 10 minutes of service. I have emailed the customer service center twice & have called several times. I have been on hold with the customer service reps for over an hour & they don't seem to know what to do, other than tell me the card has already been redeemed. I also have been hung up on twice. My email has had no response & I have 2 min left. I'm not sure what's going on, but it's totally inconvenient. I have to go to a neighbor's house to use the phone as this is my only phone. Now it's the weekend & I still have no service. The people at the customer service center don't have a clue. I was excited about the phone & the cost of the unlimited plan, now I'm disappointed.
