My phone is on the pay-as-you-go plan, which includes international long distance service (ILD). After I added minutes/days to the phone on 21-Jan, the ILD service was blocked by the system for some reason.
After wasting two hours with customer support, the ILD service was re-enabled but the system now thinks the phone is on the "$10 Global Calling Card" plan, with a limited amount of "credits" for ILD calls. When it hits zero, the ILD service will be blocked again!
The phone has plenty of pay-as-you-go days/minutes available, and the pay-as-you-go plan does NOT require purchase of an additional "Global Calling Card". I want the account settings fixed correctly so that the pay-as-you-go minutes are used, and the ILD service is not blocked again.
