Same problem again, same waste of time to try and get it resolved.
Pay-as-you-go ILD service disabled again, even though plenty of days/minutes on phone. Stopped working after I added more days/minutes to the account a few days ago. When I try to make an international call, message says account has "insufficient funds" to make call, must buy "$10 global calling card".
No additional purchase is required. The "$10 Global Calling Card" is a separate program. Fix the account settings!
