Do I need the $65 Unlimited ILD w/$10 Global Card

I have spent 10 minutes on the phone with an agent who is insisting that I can only use the $10 Global Card if I also have the $65 Unlimited ILD plan. When I look on the website, it appears that this is not the case and that the $10 Global Card can be added to any active Net10 plan (including auto-refill/rollover plans) like the $50 Unlimited Talk/Text/Data plan, and I can use the Global Card "credit" to make calls to the countries on the list, including Canada, China, India, Mexico, Australia and most of Europe.

Is this true or not??? Please help, because I am VERY frustrated with the confusion!
