can not dial international call

I am using your net10 sumsung phone, and I bought the 750 Minutes$25 30 Days / Carryover International Calls card. I have used the International Long Distance service for about 2 months. However, suddenly when I tried to make International Long Distance calls, dialing 1-800-584-7652, it responded to me that my call can not be processed please make sure you dial this number from your net10 phone and your ILD activated. These happened a lot of times and I can not make international phone call at all.
And then I checked online, it said that International Long Distance has already been activated on the Serial Number that I entered. I called for your service support, they just told me before I make international call I should "dial * 1 and the “send” key or dial 1-800-584-7652". Actually I knew that very well! It does not work! And they told me to turn off my phone and turn on my phone, it still does not work. At last, they told me to wait for 48 hours, they would fix it. But after 48 hours, it still does not work!
Please help me to figure this out! Please read my questions very carefully and provide useful suggestions ASAP! Thank you!

I've recently purchased a NET10 $65 prepaid for unlimited international call. However, it seems that I am still unable to make international calls. It goes straight to the operator stating that the international call is unavailable or that "there is insufficient fund to make this call".

I am using net $65 unlimited international call plan. I am able to dail only 5 to 8 numbers from my phone. remaining numbers to India not able to call from my mobile. It is saying number invalid. If I am using other calling cards other numbers are working fine. n number of time I called customer services there is no proper response. still I am having the problem.

Having the same failure dialing international. If anybody gets the answer, please share. No useful advice yet from NET10 after five techs and 24 hours for our problem, including off forum chat session. Yet we remain hopeful. Will check this area from time to time.
