Service Disabled

Postby MichaelDYacchari » Tue Mar 15, 2011 2:04 pm

Is anybody else having problems with their cell phone service...not being able to make or receive calls, texts. internet...pretty much everything a phone is supposed to be used for? I've only had Net10 for 5 days and it's been very agravating so far. I guess I could take pictures or videos, but can't see the use of that right now. Also, does any one else thinks there should be some chat help on the Net10 website and/or we should be able to call from our Net10 phone to the service provider for assistance? Just sayin'!

I tried to add money on Friday and couldn't due to some INVALID CODE 63 that keeps popping up. My prepaid service is now disabled and my add airtime and airtime info are gone from the prepaid section of my phone. I have 150 minutes floating out there somewhere. I have never been so dissatisfied, in fact I am downright pissed!

Why can't i send private messages?? My compose message box says "We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more to be able to use this feature." I can't fix my phone.
