NO SERVICE

NO SERVICE

Hey,

I went to a small store where they sell Net 10 sims. I have IPhone 4S and I decided to change from red pocket to Net10. I went to the store and asked to keep my same number. They went ahead and did something and installed the NET 10 SIM card. They told me to wait a hour or so but it's been 9 hours and my phone number hasn't transferred.

I took out the Net10 SIM card and put the old Red Pocket Sim to see, the phone still worked on Red Pocket. I switched it back to NEt10 and all it has been saying is "No service"

I'm not sure if they did it correctly or if I have to wait longer. I need to make some phone calls and I'm waiting for some. Thank you
