No Cellular Data

I recently enrolled in the $50.00 Unlimited BYOP plan with NET10. I purchased a new NET10 micro sim for my unlocked (not jailbroken) Iphone 4s. I successfully ported my number and I am able to send and receive calls and text messages. I can also use the Wi-Fi to access the internet; however, I am unable to receive cellular data when no Wi-Fi is available. I contacted NET10 to make them aware of this and they informed me I would need a new sim card and they would mail me one. Unfortunately, after not receiving the sim card in 10 days I contacted NET10 to inquire and was informed the Sim card was not sent and the ticket number was cancelled. I informed them that I still had no data service and they informed me I needed to change my APN settings. The problem is...I can't change the APN settings because the Cellular Data Network Tab on my phone is not there. I have tried restoring my phone using Itunes, rebooting my phone holding down the on/off button and home button, and even tried the unlockit.co.nz app but still no way to change the APN settings. I was told I need a provisioned sim card from NET10. Does anyone know what this is or a fix for this problem. Thanks!

I'm having the same issue as others. I ordered a BYOP sim, activated it, ported my number and got both telephone and text on my phone within an hour of activation. However, data is not working yet.

I have configured the APN on my phone, using both the APN Changer tool at http://www.unlockit.co.na, and also manually with the Apple iPhone Configuration utility and the printed APN configuration settings provided with my SIM.

My phone says "you are not subscribed to cellular data service" whenever I try to use cellular data. The status bar on the phone shows "HOME 3G", which makes me think I have a data connection, just no data service.

HELP - how do I get data to work?
