Hi. My situation is the same. My phone has been deactivated because I didn't refill the airtime. The last time it was deactivated, I had my old phone number back. But now that I tried doing it again, I was assigned a new number. So as you can see that created a little problem, since I had that phone number on all my work contacts. I've tried calling Net10, but the main menu didn't seem to help no matter which option I chose.
I'd appreciate it if any one from Net10 would take a few minutes to help me out in this. Thanks!
