I have been dealing with net10 all day today all because the phone I bought in June of this year stopped working so I bought another net 10 phone to transfer everything to and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Customer service was rude and not at all helpful after waiting on hold for hours. I have been thru 3 phones today and now have to wait until morning to sit on hold and see if they can get this one working. Bad sim on the first one and the 2nd one would not accept the code.
