Incomplete Port

Incomplete Port

Postby Paul01 » Wed Aug 17, 2011 1:21 pm

I ported a phone number to my net10 phone I’ve had for some time.
I received a txt message on the phone saying the port was complete.
My new number shows up in system settings and it worked for a day or so.
A few days later I went to call someone and I got an automated message saying I could not send or receive calls at this time. I’ve been told by several people that they get that message when they call me.
So I tried to reactivate via the web site and it says our records indicate a new sim card was sent.
It’s been over three weeks now. I called support and was on hold for over an hour.
I need my phone. I am in the same area code. I have ported other numbers before in a few hours time.
 What is the deal?

Good day, Paul01. Sorry for the trouble. My name is Jessica Net and I'll be addressing your concern. Your phone's registration might just need to be updated. We need to take this issue offline so I can address it further. I will contact you directly with a private message. Thank you.
