I purchased and activated the phone on August 12th. I ported my number from my other service provider on August 13th. The phone worked fine for the last two days. I went to use my phone today (August 15th) and I get an automated recording informing me I have no minutes. I accessed my account online and it shows that my phone is unregistered. Why would the phone send me a message stating the porting had been completed successfully, only to shut off two days later?
