I am attempting to transfer my number and minutes to a new phone, but your website is not responding. Is it ever going to allow access? i tried to call customer care and there was no response. this is very frustrating

I'm having the same problem. I have the LG300, and my dad bought me the lg 900 cause the guy at radioshack said that i should be able to transfer my old phone number and the current minutes to the new phone, but he just said that we'd have to be registered and i am, but i need help with it.
