24 hours and counting

I started a post about 24 hours ago. I received two messages since then stating that I needed to take my issue offline. However, I am not able to send messages. All I want to do is transfer my number and my information from mu current Net10 phone to the phone that my friend gave me. It should not be that difficult. I am starting to become disappointed with service. I do not have a land line so I am not able to call, so I have to rely on the webiste. Please help...

Try to post atleast 5 times to respond through private messaging. Hope this helps.

Sent a private message last night and still no answer. Is there a local Net 10 store that I can take my phones to so that they can switch them for me?

I am in the same situation here.
I was happy to see the fast reply from Jessica a csr with net10 to my original post -
then I find I need to post 4 (or is it now 5) times to be able to respond to a pm she sent me?
you required my email address to sign up for this message board, why not just use that?
now I need my posts to be 'approved' before they show on my username as posts?
