Lie 1) PACKING THE PHONE WITH THE WRONG SIM CARD, ACTIVATION INFO, LABEL AND NUMBER
Lie 2) CUSTOMER "SERVICE"
Lie 3) TWO ( 2 ) days to ACTIVATE AND TRANSFER the number the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT requires them to
Lie 4) TECHNICAL "SERVICE"
Lie 5) I NEED TO SEND YOU A PRIVATE MESSAGE AND TAKE THIS OFFLINE
Lie 6) My name is Jose, I am the manager, my direct # 800 867.7183 and I will be working on this until we get this fixed.
Lie 7) I will be OVERNIGHTING a new SIM Card to you.... FIVE ( 5 !!!!) DAYS LATER.....
IT IS CLEAR...... THE ONLY WAY ANYONE GETS ANY SERVICE HERE IS BY COMPLAINING........
