Replacement Phone and still not working

I received my replacement phone this afternoon from Net10 was on the phone with them for almost 2 hours at the end of the conversation the lady tells me wait one hour and your number will be transferred and so will your airtime.. Tried making calls and my phone says deactivated, the lady told me to call back in one hour but she knew they would be closed, I am not happy with net10 at all. Does anyone know how to get a service pin that is what it keeps asking for.
