Isn't it rather silly to PM someone ask them for more details yet the forum does not allow an answer?? It would seem more realistic to send the customer a direct e-mail or allow the poster to respond to a request when asked. A lot less frustrating more efficient and saves a lot of time on every ones part. The impression one gets with the first contact with Net 10 is not good when the issue cannot be addressed and then a lot of obstacles placed in front of the customer who is trying to get a solution. I understand trying to have an efficient way to address problems but the current way is by far a very frustrating way, takes a lot of time, and seems to never resolve the issue. I suggest someone on your end look into this issue as it will cause customers to leave Net 10
