On 8-8-11 I bought a new Net10 phone so I could transfer my number and service from my old Net10 phone to it. I found that by following the directions on the website it will not go past allowing me to choose the two models of phones I'm trying to work with. There is apparently some real serious problem with the website. I then tried to call the number on the activation card to see if they could do it over the phone. When I called I was told that my wait time would be about 30 minutes due to high call volume. I waited on hold for over an hour and a half and never got to speak with anyone.
I still have not gotten my number and service transferred from my old phone to the new one I just purchased and am becoming very frustrated by this since I've done everything I was supposed to and can't get any help.
I'm hoping that I didn't just waste over $40 on a new phone that I can't even use.
