Why is it i have to do 5 posts before i can pm a moderator , not only that , why the hell does it take 3 damn days to get these posts approved so i can pm a moderator , wth , hurry the hell up , i need my phone back......

The trick is to make a bunch(4-5) of duplicate post(exactly the same works best) real quick together. Most the people are waiting for one to get posted before making another one. If you make and submit the same post 4-5 times real quick the admin will notice you soooner. The post will usually only be displayed once the duplicates will be deleted and you will be able to PM.

The system works fine if people are properly informed on how to use it. I think the automated response the 'TEAM' members give should include these instructions, instead of making people ask every time.

Why, oh why, do they make these things so hard!!!!!! Don't you guys realize your losing customers like crazy? How long do you think it will take until people who sell these phones in the store start telling their customers about this horrible, slow, and irritating customer service????
