How long does the port take?

I received my new Net10 LG 900G phone and started the porting process 4 days ago. It has not yet been finalized. How long does the port take? The number is from my prior wireless phone. Your website says it takes 2 business days in one place, then in another place it says 7 business days and then in another place, it says up to 10 business days. I tried to call Friday but I was on hold too long. I also sent you an online support request but have not gotten an answer. I am getting nervous because of all the unhappy customers on here. My ticket # for the port is 1035338990. HELP!!!
