I have had a new net10 phone for three days now,and cannot get service transferred from old phone (net 10) to new. I have had problems with net10 before,and i knew i should have changed providers. Online,it tells me I have the wrong number,but it is NOT wrong!!! I called , after 15 minutes ,was told had to call from another phone...I do not have another phone!! I am sooooooooooo sick of net10.....and not being able to speak to someone who understands...or speaks english fluently!!
