why is it so hard for net 10 custmers to get a hold of net10

ijust wanted to post that i had a hard time even getting a hold of net10 let alone just to get my minutes back that disapered. so i want to know why did i have to act like a new custermer to get any help ? it just dont make sence im spinding money to have a phone and i cant get help with the phone when i need it i dont ask for much but come on its not good bussiness if u ask me. please post if u want if not just remiber if u need to talk to someon when u call tem act like ur going to actavate ur phone and let it transfer u to custermer service dont try to go the other way around
