Problem with Net10 Website

Dear Net10,

Hello! I hope you are having a good day.

When I log in to the Net10 website, I see a little yellow triangle and the red word "success." Then I can't see the status of my phones or do anything with them. Would you please fix that; it's really bothering me.

I'm having the exact same problem. A trouble ticket was created this Sunday but the problem still exists...just a yellow triangle with "success" next to it. Hopefully this is fixed soon as I cannot access my parents' cell phones on the website in the last week and a half!

Just WHEN is this going to be worked on? I've been asking customer service for help on this since last SEPTEMBER and all I have got is the run around.
I came here several weeks ago hoping there was someone more knowledgeable about it, but so far I only have a private message (from Stephanie) telling me to wait until further notice.
How can it be so hard to fix?

I have had this same problem for about the same length of time. Talked to someone who said I was signed up with something and had to call them and cancel and then it would resolve the problem. Did that and about a month or so later it was fixed. Well now same thing happening again. Ugh. I would like to reactivate an old phone for my son to use but can't. Yeah, how hard can it be to fix this?

Lie 1) PACKING THE PHONE WITH THE WRONG SIM CARD, ACTIVATION INFO, LABEL AND NUMBER

Lie 2) CUSTOMER "SERVICE"

Lie 3) TWO ( 2 ) days to ACTIVATE AND TRANSFER the number the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT requires them to

Lie 4) TECHNICAL "SERVICE"

Lie 5) I NEED TO SEND YOU A PRIVATE MESSAGE AND TAKE THIS OFFLINE

Lie 6) My name is Jose, I am the manager, my direct # 800 867.7183 and I will be working on this until we get this fixed.

Lie 7) I will be OVERNIGHTING a new SIM Card to you.... FIVE ( 5 !!!!) DAYS LATER.....



IT IS CLEAR...... THE ONLY WAY ANYONE GETS ANY SERVICE HERE IS BY COMPLAINING........

LOUDLY !!!!! and OFTEN !!!!!!!!!


OFFICIALLY NOTIFIED THERE WILL BE A COMPLAINT PLACED TO US ATTORNEY GENERAL’S OFFICE, DOJ, FBI, FCC, AG, BBB, etc

about being told those lies ... been there, and more. frankly, I think the customer service is sincere but pathologically clueless.
