Yikes! I forgot to renew on my 750 minutes. My number is one I've had for years and need for work. I'm big trouble if I lose it. I remember in the middle of the night! But it was too late. When I went online there was a message about my getting a new simm card and new number! Isn't there some law that they have to hold my number? I'm going to try customer service when it opens. Anyone have any experience good news or bad. Seriously, if I lost my number forever, I don't care what the contract says, I'm going to have to sue them. I will lose income as a result.
