New SIM in order to port number

I purchased a phone online from Net10 with overnight shipping. It arrived the next day and when I went through the activate/port number process online, it told me I'd have to wait for a new SIM card in order to complete the activation. There has not been any tracking information made available on the shipment of the SIM card and my account 'ticket' states there is no further information available. How long does it take for the SIM to arrive? Having the phone overnighted and the SIM follow a week later is a bit rediculous. Additionally, it appears the phone number port took place immediately as the phone I was porting from stopped working within hours. How much sense does that make? At this point, neither phone works and the number is in limbo. Where can I obtain information on the SIM delivery? Obviously I can't call customer service now. Thanks.

Ticket 1033622918 is from the confirmation email. However, whenever I log in and look it up, I get the following: We are unable to get the status of your case at this time. Please contact our Customer Care Center, at 1-877-836-2368 (1-877-TEN-CENT) , and provide your case number.

My original order number was 3827232 if that helps at all. Thanks.
