I've been having a problem since December with getting my old phone number ported to my new phone. Right now, my old number is on my new phone, which is great. BUT when I log into the net10 website, my new phone shows as "inactive", as does my old phone. I cannot add minutes to my phone at all because when I do it on the site it says that the phone is inactive and I need to activate it. If I enter a PIN on my phone, nothing happens; i never get any confirmation and no minutes are active.
If I cannot add minutes to my phone, then the phone becomes worthless. This has been a problem for six months now, and I've been able to get by because I happened to have a lot of service days and minutes at the time of the transfer. But each day I use some minutes and I get closer to my expiration date.
