Porting number to new phone still not fixed

I've been having a problem since December with getting my old phone number ported to my new phone. Right now, my old number is on my new phone, which is great. BUT when I log into the net10 website, my new phone shows as "inactive", as does my old phone. I cannot add minutes to my phone at all because when I do it on the site it says that the phone is inactive and I need to activate it. If I enter a PIN on my phone, nothing happens; i never get any confirmation and no minutes are active.

If I cannot add minutes to my phone, then the phone becomes worthless. This has been a problem for six months now, and I've been able to get by because I happened to have a lot of service days and minutes at the time of the transfer. But each day I use some minutes and I get closer to my expiration date.

Stephanie, I got your private message, and I wasn't able to reply so I sent an email to the address you provided. I was given a ticket number via email 1032984701 and there is no information on this ticket. I've replied to the email several times over the last two weeks and have not received a reply. is there any more information?

I just ported my number from Verizon and signed up for the monthly 750 min unlimited plan. What I am pissed off about is they did it BEFORE activating and adding minutes to my new phone, so now I have 2 phones that don't work! The Verizon phone is no longer usable and the Net10 phone still shows no minutes after 24 hours. AND THE CUSTOMER SEVICE SUCKS! :x I was on the phone, thank God for Skype, for over 30 minutes with still no resolution of my problem!
