Porting Question

Porting Question

I want to know if I can still port my old service provider number to my Net10 phone even though I did not do this to start? I wanted to make sure Net10 worked for my area before losing my old number.

Hi redpat25. My name is NET10 Stephanie and I will be addressing your question. The number can still be ported even if your NET10 phone has already been asssigned with a new number. We will just deactivate the phone and process the port. The number that you are trying to port has to be active for the port to be completed as well. I believe this answers your question.
