Only after activating my net10 phone did I notice that i should have gone through the process of porting in my verizon phone prior to activation. I'm trying to navigate the porting in portal currently. Have tried Firefox, and IE, and with either one I get stuck on the contact information section. It says
"We may need to contact you during your port process. Please enter a contact number that is different from the phone number being transferred into the field below."
And I've tried 5 different contact numbers. Google voice, Some are work numbers (land lines), wife's cell #... no luck in getting past it.
