I transferred a net10 phone number and service to a new net10 phone. I received a new sim card by mail, followed the instructions online, and successfully transferred the number. However, the minutes and service did not transfer. I put in the Param 30 and Param 00 from my old phone correctly in the online transfer process so the minutes should have transferred.
Please help.
I cannot call technical support because the new phone is stuck on 0 minutes.
I cannot create a support ticket because it locks up after asking me to add a 4 digit buy it now pin.
