Check port status

Check port status

Is there a place to check the status of my port and activation of my phone? I know it says 24-48 hours. I have been waiting all day and would just like to have an update. I have a ticket number for my request.

Well, I found where to enter the ticket number, but I get this message every time:

We are unable to get the status of your case at this time. Please contact our Customer Care Center, at 1-877-836-2368 (1-877-TEN-CENT) , and provide your case number.

A lot of good a ticket number does then, huh? I've had and still have the same problem. Unfortunately Calling Customer Care Center has proved not to be the answer either.

Has ANYONE gotten their phones to work? OMG I've been waiting 30 hours and after 4 times calling customer service in India still no frickin' working phone!!!
