Transfer of old net10 phone to net10 LG 900g

Hi all,

I need help. I finally got a hold of someone (after 3 days) to transfer my number and 365 minutes from my Samsung r355c to the LG 900g. The LG phone says "Unregistered SIM" and 410 minutes remaining. However, I can't use my phone because of the unregistered SIM display. I was told it would take "a couple of days" but I'm skeptical. I need this number working ASAP. I got a ticket number in case my phone still doesn't work (the customer service person said from 3-10 days!!). I want to know if my phone number is being processed and if it will work soon on my LG. Thanks.
