Trouble porting number from Verizon

I need help I have been trying to port my number from Verizon to Net 10 since 3/18/11. I was told 10 Business days. When I put my ticket number in It continues to say no information available. I continue to try and call for status and I cannot get anyone to help me with the status. PLEASE HELP
