Should be 36 service days, but reads 0 !!!

ERROR DAYS DISPLAYED: We bought two Net 10 phones at the same time over a year ago and now even though we have automatic payments, same amount for each phone at the same day each month. One cell now displays, "You have 0 service days left ", while the other correctly shows 36 service days left. Our Net 10 service is paid through 3/25 and does receive and send calls. Except for this problem we are happy with our Net 10 phones, a Motorola EM 326g, the functions and our Net 10 service. Tried to fix this by going through our account at Net10.com. I entered the serial number of that phone and tech support showed a problem was detected and provided a long code. Correctly followed step by step instructions and very carefully entered the exact code. Got "invalid code" message. After four failed times the site advised calling same 1-877-836-2368. But got high call volume message and told to call back! Held for one hour the first time we called and no ans any of the other times we called back. Here is the exact code: 7229 2138 8318 0373 2440 2055 7818 without any spaces. Finally turned error display off on that phone. So far the functions of the phone are OK. We do not know if the problem detected is actually the same one that we're trying to fix. Please direct us to a person wh*speaks clearly and knows how to resolve this. We do not want to buy another phone or plan. Thank you for whatever help you can provide. We are senior citizens and need our cell phones for health and security. We will truly welcome your tips and hopefully the fix for that phone!
