Help...porting out to Virgin

I have been trying to port my number to Virgin since Saturday. I can't seem to get an agent that understands me on the phone.

Hi Paul. My name is NET10 Stephanie and I will be addressing your question. You will need to contact Virgin Mobile if you would like to port your phone number to them so that they can process the port. They will be contacting our Portability Dept. to request for the number to be released as part of the port in request. I believe this answers your question. It’s been a pleasure helping you.
