I bought a LG900 and started the porting process on line on Wed 2/9, the next morning Thurs 2/10, my old net 10 phone no longer had service, a few hours later my old phone number was showing on the new phone as well as my remaining time and minutes. I waited a few more hours and still could not make or answer calls, messages, etc., so I phoned tech support and have been told that I need to wait. It is now Saturday 2/12 and I am still without a phone. I keep getting notices of messages on my phone but cannot retrieve them because it says "activation required". Here are my questions 1) Why does it take so long to change your own phone numbers from one net 10 phone to another? Why have I been without a phone for 3 days when your own website says "Continue here if your old phone has stopped working, which means that the Port was completed and your new Phone is ready to be activated"? If this is indeed true then my port was complete 2 days ago, so why isn't my phone activated?
