I bought LG900G from Bestbuy, and submitted my transfer from sprint to net10 last night. Today, an update shows up, but I can't finish the transaction since I am stuck at "code entering" stage. I called representative, and he kindly asked me to input a long long code to solve the problem. Now the cell phone looks working fine, but, in the net10.com, there is a "you have pending updates", which leads to "code entering" page again. I called customer service again, but the problem occurs again after I try to add airtime to my phone. It is a bad experience for the first day.
