Number Transfer ? Security?

I currently have a verizon number. I have just ordered and paid for my new net10 phone today. I need not see anywhere in the checkout procees where you could selet a number transfer, nor was I able to print my reciept of my order. (because of a popup that was requesting approval) Because of the lose of reciept, I'm not too sure about net10 and its security. My questions are: 1. How do I set up my number transfer, where and when? 2. How can I see my order or get a copy of it? I also never recieved an email of confirmation of the order.

Good day, Ashley. My name is Jessica Net and I'll be addressing your concern. You may request to transfer your number from your old provider to NET10 if you already got a new one since you will be required to provide the serial number and SIM serial number of the new phone. You may contact us when transferring the number over and we'll assist you with the port process. Also, order number should have been provided to you after you have completed the purchase process. If you have not received an order number then it means the purchase process wasn't successful at all. You may want to check it with your bank to know if the charge made from purchasing a phone is successful or not. I believe this answers your questions. It's been a pleasure helping you.
